Congressman Mike McIntyre and Republican challenger Ilario Pantano, candidates in North Carolina's Seventh Congressional District, have agreed to a series of three debates/forums prior to the November 2 General Election, their campaign committees announced. Details of the planned debates are as follows:

Host: Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce
Location: Cape Fear Community College

Date: Friday, August 27
Host: Kenansville Chamber of Commerce
Location: James Sprunt Community College

Date: Friday, September 10
Host: Hope Mills Area Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Fayetteville Technical Community College
Location: Hope Mills Shrine Club
